This study uses qualitative methods literature techniques to analyze causes becoming a favorite issuers investors, thus dominating Profits (return) form rental payment (ujroh) fixed amount each period, advantages because they can guarantee certainty profits received any conditions. addition, profit that is known at beginning makes it easier manage originating bonds. essence, more identical similar conventional but an underlying asset this transaction halal does not contain usury.
